Step 1: Connect your Samsung mobile to your computer

Step 2: Enable USB debugging on the Galaxy
If you have not opened the USB debugging option before, the program will ask you to do it. There are three ways to enable USB debugging for various Android OS version.
1) For Android 2.3 or earlier: Enter “Settings” < Press “Applications” < Click on “Development” < Check “USB debugging”
2) For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter “Settings” < Click “Developer options” < Check “USB debugging”
3) For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter “Settings” < Click on “About Phone” < Tap “Build number” for several times until getting a note “You are under developer mode” < Back to “Settings” < Click “Developer options” < Check “USB debugging”
Step 3: Analyze and scan the Samsung Galaxy for misplaced text messages
So now the program needs to analyze your phone before scanning it, you can simply click “Start” in the screen below to start off it.
Then go to the Samsung Galaxy . Here you need to turn to your mobile and click on “Allow” to allow the Superuser Request. And next hit “Start” on the software’s screen to start scanning your Android.
Step 4: Preview and restore lost Samsung text messages
Once the scan finishes, it is easy to preview the whole SMS contents in the scan result in a list. You could preview them one by one and select these you like to restore and click “Recover” tab to keep them as a HTML file on the pc.
